The world has certainly changed since our last 'non-COVID19' TM Physio newsletter!

Here at TM Physio we are so grateful for the support of our patients during this challenging time. We are very happy that we have been able to remain open and continue to treat our patients in the clinic and through telehealth.

This newsletter brings you an article about Hiking in Canberra 🚶🌄. We are blessed with stunning autumn weather and live in a city that has so many hiking options (even in winter - less snakes 🙂). Walking is something that we can all do to stay healthy in mind and body which is more important than ever at the moment. If you are interested in learning more about walking or hiking click here.

Our Kippax Luke St and Deakin clinics are still open for in room consultations and we now also offer Telehealth consultations if you are self isolating at home. 

We will also be re-opening our Hardwick Cres Kippax clinic next week 1st May (Fridays only). Moving forward if you have an appointment on a Friday in Kippax please double check which location you need to attend.
 
This ANZAC long weekend we will be remembering those that served our country in the past but also all those that are putting themselves out there NOW and are serving our community during this difficult time.
