In other news, after 7 years TM Physio will no longer be providing physiotherapy services at the University of Canberra Faculty of Health Clinic. We are consolidating our services to optimise our high quality patient centred care model and broaden the treatment options available to you.

The good news is that TM Physio has 2 convenient locations in the Kippax region, with free parking, where we can offer a range of high quality physiotherapy services to all our valued clients. If a southside location is more convenient for you, we also have our Deakin clinic in the Calvary John James health precinct.

Mel Macoun is available at our Kippax - Hardwick Cres clinic. If you would like to book with Mel you can call directly or book online.

Paul Imhoff is available at our Kippax - Luke St Clinic and Deakin. Paul can also be booked by calling directly or booking online.

You can also book with any of our other quality physiotherapists at either location. Our clinic details are listed below:

Calf pain? All you need to know about Achilles Tendinosis

It’s Sunday, which can only mean one thing… You’re meeting with your soccer team to play a friendly competitive game against your local rivals. After years out from playing, this season, you’ve decided to dust off the boots and start playing again. Life has been generous over the years, a doting partner, two healthy children, and maybe a generous waistline has come with it all too. It happens sometimes, but you were determined to get active again and do what you’ve always loved doing - running rings around the opposition’s defence and scoring goals! But now, you’re halfway through the season and your old calf injury has decided to rear its ugly head. It’s been years since you’ve felt the pain, but it’s very familiar, and it can really ache!

And lastly from our Facebook page some inspiration...

Did you know that Physiotherapy works best if you actually believe it will?

A study by the University of East Anglia saw patients were more likely to have a faster and smoother recovery when they believed the treatment would work, compared to those who expected minimal or no improvement!

Keep the faith! We will get there together!
