February is upon us and for many that means the return to school for kids or perhaps the opportunity to travel for those retirees who like to escape once school holidays have finished! If either of these is you, we hope that it has been a smooth transition. 

This month we bring you information on headaches - the different types and how physio can make a difference if you suffer from headaches.

The new TM Physio exercise classes 'Fitness for Life' will be commencing in the first week for March. All the details on these classes including dates, times, cost and how to register are now available here. Places are limited so get in fast!

At tm physio, we aim to provide excellence in physiotherapy. The clinic employs evidence based practice in physiotherapy to provide assessment and treatment of the musculoskeletal system.
