Welcome to 2021! The words 'happy new year' have even more emphasis as we head into another year of uncertainty but also with much hope. The TM Physio team return to start a new year well rested after a much needed break and we hope that you also had a chance to relax over the Christmas and New Year period with family and friends even if it was via Facetime or Zoom!
This new year brings new things at TM Physio! We are excited to announce new Group Exercise classes "Fitness for Life" to be held at the Uniting Church at Kippax! We are just fine tuning all the details but we expect the classes to start in February. A new year, why not try a new sport? Our monthly article this month features three activities that you might like to try out - paddle boarding, dance and rock climbing! Read all about it here.
Until next time
