Welcome to Spring. We have all made it through the winter and hopefully the cold is now gone for good and spring is finally in the air. To celebrate we have included below some great tips, techniques and stretches to try when you are out in the garden in the coming months.

With a background as an elite cyclist, Trevor has a special interest in treating a wide range of acute and persistent sporting injuries, particularly of the lower limb. However he enjoys treating a variety of clinical areas. Trevor is passionate about empowering the patient through use of tailored advice and exercise whilst facilitating change through use of manual therapy to best manage your condition. It is seeing patients achieve their goals that gives Trevor the most satisfaction.
Trevor recently started working two days a week at our Hardwick Cres (Kippax) clinic. You can still find him two days per week at our Luke St clinic.
