The time has flown by since our last newsletter! It has been busy here at TM Physio with 3 Group Exercise Classes and 4 GLA:D (Knee and Hip Arthritis) Group Classes commencing in April. Our article this month is about foot (metatarsal) stress fractures. These can appear for a number of reasons and physio can be very effective in recovering from these injuries.
