Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral to see a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist.
How long is the appointment?
Most Initial appointments are 30 minutes with a few exceptions. If you are seeing a pain physio, then you will need 1 hour for your initial appointment.
Is there parking available?
Deakin has paid parking directly outside the building and there are also options for free street parking.
Kippax: both clinics are located close to the Kippax Fair shopping Centre where you will be able to find parking.
Do you accept Private Health Funds?
Yes, if your private health cover for our service just bring your card and we will process your private help payment. You will then just pay the gap. If you forget your card, we can give you a receipt and you can claim it back through your health fund.
Do you accept concession cards?
No
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring any referrals, any imaging results, private health card, and wear comfortable clothes.
