Adam Rummery

Adam's areas of interest are:

Tendon pain / Tendinopathies

Lower limb rehabilitation

Athletic performance / Strength and conditioning

Lower back pain

Adam is a proud Canberra local, having grown up in the area and completed his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra in 2019. He has a strong interest in Strength & Conditioning and youth athletic development, and is passionate about helping people understand how exercise can improve their health so they feel confident managing their bodies long term.

At TM Physio, Adam designs and runs a range of group classes, including programs for people with Diabetes, Osteoporosis, and general Strength & Conditioning. He enjoys working one on one with people of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring his approach to help each individual move and feel better.

Adam has a particular interest in athletic development, lower limb rehabilitation, and tendon injuries, with a focus on building strong movement foundations for long-term success.

Adam also works part time as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Brumbies Women’s Super W team and has worked closely with junior athletes from sports backgrounds such as AFL, Basketball, Hockey etc.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with his wife and their two pugs, Charlie and Hugo—usually out for a walk or relaxing with a movie. He’s also into video filmmaking and often captures his travels and creates content for social media.
