Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Gwen's areas of interest are:
Gwen graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and moved to Canberra after working in private practice in Sydney. Gwen loves Canberra life and is excited to be here long-term, building strong connections within the community while helping people move and feel their best.
Gwen brings experience treating a wide range of conditions, including chronic neck and back pain and knee osteoarthritis. She enjoys working with people of all ages, with a particular interest in supporting the older population to stay strong, active, and independent.
With additional qualifications in women’s health, Gwen has a particular interest in pregnancy and postnatal care, pelvic floor health, and menopause and uses evidence-based treatment to improve strength, function, and quality of life. She is passionate about creating a comfortable and supportive environment where women feel confident addressing concerns and regaining trust in their bodies.
Gwen takes a hands-on, personalised approach to care—combining manual therapy with tailored exercise programs to support each individual’s recovery and long-term health.
Outside the clinic, Gwen enjoys staying active at the gym, doing cross stitch and baking (a great balance!). She also loves spending time with her partner, friends and cat Miso.
Gwen is available at the Kippax clinic.
